Meet Nathan Lucas

Nathan began studying photography in 2005 at Cal State Long Beach focusing on film and the dark room, evolving into digital shooting headshots for actors in 2011, and then became dedicated to underwater photography in 2014.   Over the last year, he's been applying more of his life experiences to every style of portraiture.  It starts with creating an image around the essence of his clients; carefully crafting a shot using cinematic lighting techniques in any environment, employing acting exercises, and basic yet effective posing to make his clients look and feel their best.  The goal? To capture a glimpse of  each persons unique story in every shot.  Working with him is not just a photoshoot, it's a portraiture experience.
